For this project, we had to design a series of 12 information postcards that serve to introduce an audience to a particular theme. With each postcard, there is a dedicated illustrator style I attempted to emulate. My postcards depict various poisonous mushrooms, along with some facts about each one. I wanted to include some sort of death/poison iconography in some of my postcards as well.

For the patterned back side, I wanted an objective representation of my theme. I noticed that most of my cards included brown tones, so I wanted my pattern to utilize a brown color scheme as well. Since my theme, is poisonous mushrooms, my pattern contains skulls (to represent poison/death) and mushrooms. The looser blobs are meant to be similar to leaves or sticks.
