Fry Color Studies: These were some initial color palettes I explored for the character, combining the original and third color palettes for the final design
For my Image and Illustration class, I created a character based on an animal and 3 descriptive attributes. Fry, initially inspired by my own cat, is a mischievous, playful, and happy creature. He brings chaos everywhere he goes but is loved nonetheless. With this character, I also designed a book cover and overall concept for him.
Sticker
I took a lot of inspiration from playful, textured children’s books. The more I refined Fry’s character design, the more I felt that he would exist in that type of world. He is the center of attention, and his surroundings make that known.
